1. Operator and agreement
Continuum is an independent product operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev, an individual and not a registered company. These Terms of Use apply to the Continuum marketing website, browser workspace, documentation, live examples, and desktop application.
By accessing or using Continuum, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. What Continuum provides
Continuum is a local-first calculation workspace that evaluates authored text, variables, expressions, and selected templates. It is an evolving product and may include experimental, preview, or unsigned desktop functionality. Features, availability, documentation, and supported platforms may change.
3. Informational tool—not professional advice
Continuum’s calculations, projections, templates, examples, explanations, and previews are provided for general informational and organizational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Outputs depend on the assumptions and source text you provide and may contain errors, omit relevant factors, or become outdated. You are responsible for checking inputs, formulas, units, assumptions, and results before relying on them. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
4. Your data and backups
You retain responsibility for the text and information you enter. Continuum currently stores calculation data locally and does not provide cloud synchronization, guaranteed backups, or account recovery. You are responsible for creating exports and protecting any backup files you generate.
Do not enter information you do not have the right to use or information whose loss or exposure would cause serious harm. Submitted feedback and release-update requests are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Continuum to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- introduce malware, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass access or security controls;
- automate abusive traffic, spam forms, or interfere with another person’s use;
- misrepresent Continuum output as guaranteed, professionally reviewed, or authoritative; or
- copy, resell, or exploit protected product assets except as permitted by applicable law or an explicit license.
6. Intellectual property
Continuum’s product name, branding, interface, mascot, documentation, original copy, and other product materials are owned by Stoyan Korudzhiev or used under applicable licenses. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the product for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Continuum or third-party materials.
You keep any rights you have in content you author. Voluntary feedback may be used without restriction or compensation to understand, improve, and develop Continuum, provided personal information continues to be handled under the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services and links
Continuum relies on or links to third-party services, including Vercel, Formspree, and Umami. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Continuum is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.
8. Availability and changes
Continuum may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, the product, or third-party services. No promise is made that every feature, route, stored item, or desktop build will remain available or compatible indefinitely.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuum is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoyan Korudzhiev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill, or expected savings; or decisions made using Continuum output. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.
11. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use, your infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit without authority. Any responsibility under this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and the service, without removing mandatory protections available to you under the law of your residence. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
Before starting formal proceedings, please make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue through the feedback form by beginning the message with “Terms issue.”
13. Changes and severability
These terms may be updated as the product or legal requirements change. Revised terms apply from the effective date posted on this page. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
